Raghunandan Prasad, born on June 1, 1944, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2001 Bihar cadre. He served in the Land Revenue Department as Director of Census Operations. His most recent designation was District Collector and Magistrate from April 7, 2003, to May 31, 2004. Throughout his career, he held the position of Joint Secretary. He is a graduate by education.
