Raghunandan Murthy, born on September 5, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 Karnataka cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from VT University Belgaum and a PG Diploma in Corporate Management from IIM Bangalore. Currently serving as the Commissioner of Treasuries at Bengaluru since July 4, 2024, he operates from V.V. Tower- Ambedkar Veedhi. His previous roles include Managing Director and Commissioner of Treasuries. Fluent in English and Kannada, Raghunandan continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Karnataka.
