Raghubeer, born on July 1, 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.Sc. in Botany from Allahabad University. Currently, he is the Special Secretary in the Department of Divyangjan Empowerment, Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since March 16, 2026. Throughout his career, he has served as Special Secretary in various capacities within the state administration. Raghubeer continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the governance and administration of Uttar Pradesh.
