Raghubeer, born on July 1, 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.Sc. in Botany from Allahabad University. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary in the Department of Divyangjan Empowerment, Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since March 16, 2026. Throughout his career, he has held the role of Special Secretary in various capacities within the state administration. Raghubeer continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the governance and administration of Uttar Pradesh.
