Raghu Raj Singh, born on January 13, 1935, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Bihar cadre. He holds graduate, postgraduate, and graduate law degrees. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Managing Director, Additional Director, Deputy Secretary, Junior Scale, and multiple terms as Joint Secretary.
