Raghu Raj Singh, born on January 13, 1935, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Bihar cadre. He holds graduate, postgraduate, and graduate law degrees. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Managing Director, Additional Director, Deputy Secretary, Junior Scale, and multiple terms as Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Joint Secretary in the Department of Rural Development from June 1, 1992, to January 1, 1993. Singh’s extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Indian civil services.
