Raghav Langer, born on 16 May 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2009 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. from Jammu University and an M.P.P. in Public Policy & Management from IGNOU Delhi. Currently, he serves as Secretary (Joint Secretary level) at the National Medical Commission, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi since 21 March 2025. His past roles include Secretary to Government, Divisional Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner - District Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Chief Executive Officer, Additional Secretary, Chief Development Officer, Joint Magistrate, and Director. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
