Raghav Chandra, born on October 31, 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Mathematics, a postgraduate degree in Mathematics, and a postgraduate degree in Public Administration from Harvard University. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Chairman, Joint Secretary, Additional Adviser, Managing Director, Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Principal Secretary, Commissioner, Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, Project Officer, Additional Collector, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent role was Secretary at Madhya Pradesh's Tribal Affairs Department from November 28, 2016, to October 31, 2018.
