Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Chairman, Joint Secretary, Additional Adviser, Managing Director, Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Principal Secretary, Commissioner, Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, Project Officer, Additional Collector, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Secretary at Madhya Pradesh in the Tribal Affairs Department from 28 November 2016 to 31 October 2018.
