Radhika Rastogi, an IAS officer from the 1995 Maharashtra cadre, was born on October 22, 1970. She holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management. Currently, she serves as the Principal Secretary (Appeals and Security) at Mumbai’s Home Department since October 13, 2023. Throughout her career, she has held various positions including Land Acquisition Officer, Sub Divisional Officer, Member Secretary, Chief Executive Officer, District Collector, Deputy Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Director, Managing Director, Secretary, Deputy Director General, Joint Director, and Special Director. She is proficient in English and Telugu and remains in active service.
