Radhika Jha, born on December 9, 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2002 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. She holds an M.A. in Psychology and a graduate degree from Delhi University, along with an M.P.P. from the London School of Economics. Currently, she serves as Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Women and Child Development, New Delhi, since September 14, 2025. Throughout her career, she has held various positions including Secretary, Investment Commissioner, Secretary to the Chief Minister, Resident Commissioner’s Office, Project Executive Director, Additional Secretary, Director General, District Magistrate, and others. She is proficient in English and Hindi.
