Radheyshyam Sah, born on April 1, 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 Bihar cadre. During his service, he held key positions including Director and most recently served as Special Secretary in the Health and Family Welfare Department from April 27, 2018. His career in the IAS was marked by his commitment to administrative roles within the Bihar state government.
