Radhey Shyam Mishra, born on November 10, 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 Uttar Pradesh cadre. He served as Special Secretary in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, from September 17, 2018, to August 31, 2019. His most recent role was Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. Mishra has held positions including Vice Chairman and Additional Commissioner. He holds an M.A. in Political Science from the University of Allahabad, a PG Diploma in Mass Communication from Purvanchal University Jaunpur, and an MBA in International Business from Sikkim Mahipal University.
