Radhakant Roy, born on 23 October 1931, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Bihar cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Hindi and Law, and a postgraduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Sub-Divisional Officer, Deputy Development Officer, Managing Director, Deputy Development Commissioner, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Joint Secretary in the Human Resources Department from 1 April 1989 to 1 October 1989. Roy’s extensive service reflects his commitment to administrative roles within the Bihar cadre.
