Radha S Raturi, an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1988 batch from the Uttarakhand cadre, was born on June 3, 1964. She holds a Diploma in Journalism, a Graduate degree in History, and a postgraduate qualification in Personnel Management. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand from February 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025. Her past roles encompass Principal Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, Chief Electoral Officer, District Magistrate, and Joint Secretary among others. She was honored with the National Award for Excellence to States in 2017. She is proficient in Bengali, English, and Hindi.
