Radha Krishna Singh, born on July 22, 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He served in various capacities during his tenure, with his most recent designation being Deputy Secretary from January 1, 2005, to July 31, 2011. Throughout his career, Singh contributed to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh. His service in the IAS reflects his commitment to public administration until his retirement.
