Radha Krishan Singh, born on 22 July 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. Throughout his career, he held several key positions including Special Secretary, Commissioner, Additional Secretary, and District Collector. His most recent appointment was as District Collector from 3 August 2009 to 31 July 2011. Singh’s service in the IAS reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Uttar Pradesh cadre.
