Rabindra Nath Das, born on January 13, 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch, West Bengal cadre. He served in various capacities, including Additional District Magistrate and Secretary. His most recent appointment was as Joint Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from December 30, 2004, to January 31, 2006. A graduate by education, Mr. Das contributed to administrative functions within his cadre before retiring from service.
