Rabindra Kumar Agarwal, born on 15 January 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1997 Kerala cadre. He holds a B.Sc., M.Sc., and a postgraduate degree from Duke University. Currently, he serves as the Chairman & Managing Director of the Food Corporation of India under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution since 31 December 2025. His extensive career includes roles such as Additional Secretary, Deputy Director, Executive Director, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Commissioner, District Collector, and Managing Director. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Malayalam and continues to serve in the IAS.
