Rabi Narayan Das, born on 25 December 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1971 Gujarat cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in Political Science and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Municipal Commissioner, Managing Director, Commissioner (Housing), Development Commissioner, and held multiple secretary-level positions. His most recent role was Secretary at Gujarat from 1 July 2005 to 5 July 2006. He also served in the Department of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution. His extensive experience spans enforcement, administration, and development sectors.
