R. Zarzosanga, born on 17 July 1968, is a 2007 batch IAS officer of the AGMUT cadre. He holds an M.A. in History and is currently serving as Commissioner & Secretary in the Department of Rural Development and Administration, Mizoram. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Commissioner & Secretary, Director, Registrar, Special Secretary, and Deputy Commissioner. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
