Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Metropolitan Commissioner, Principal Secretary, Director General, Secretary, Commissioner, Joint Secretary, CEO, Municipal Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Director, Managing Director, District Collector, Additional Collector, and Assistant Collector. His most recent position was Chief Secretary of Maharashtra. Gaikwad’s extensive administrative experience spans multiple leadership roles within the state government, reflecting a comprehensive career in public service.
