R Vinoth Priya, born on 25 July 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2010 batch, Karnataka cadre. She holds a B.Sc. from Annamalai University and an M.Sc. from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore. Currently serving as Commissioner at Karnataka since 23 June 2025, she is also associated with the Department of Sericulture Development and serves as Director of Sericulture. Her previous roles include Executive Director, Managing Director, Deputy Commissioner, Special Deputy Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, Assistant Commissioner, Senior Assistant Commissioner, and Zonal Commissioner (South). She is proficient in English and Tamil.
