His past roles include Special Secretary to the Chief Minister, Commissioner, Managing Director, Director, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Private Secretary, Principal, and Sub Collector. He has received the Guinness World Record for building the largest seated hockey stadium in Rourkela and holds fellowships from Stanford University and the London School of Economics.
