R. V. Vyas, born on January 9, 1972, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, serving in the Gujarat cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and is proficient in Gujarati and Hindi. Currently, he is appointed as Officer on Special Duty to the Chief Minister at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, a position he has held since February 20, 2025. Mr. Vyas continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Gujarat.
