R. V. Vala, born on December 16, 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds a Master of Commerce degree and is proficient in Gujarati and Hindi. Currently, he serves as the District Development Officer at Narmada, Rajpipala, Gujarat, a position he has held since August 22, 2025. Previously, he worked as an Additional Development Commissioner. Mr. Vala continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
