R S Ninama, born on 15 May 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2007 batch from the Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.Com. degree in Accounting and Auditing from Gujarat University. Currently serving as Secretary in the Gujarat State Human Rights Commission since 4 February 2025, Ninama has held various positions including Director General, Secretary, Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, and District Development Officer. He is proficient in Gujarati and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
