R S Mittal, born on 25 July 1932, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 batch, Rajasthan cadre. During his service, he held the position of Deputy Secretary at Rajasthan from 1 July 1989 to 1 July 1990. He was associated with the Department of Health and Family Welfare.
