R S Bhanwar, born on October 8, 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 Rajasthan cadre. He held various positions including Director, Deputy Secretary, Under Secretary, General Manager, District Collector and District Magistrate. His most recent role was Special Secretary at Jaipur, Rajasthan, from August 1, 1994, to October 31, 1995. He holds a Diploma in Local Self Government, and is a graduate in Law and Hindi. Throughout his career, he served in multiple administrative capacities within the Rajasthan cadre.
