R. Rajesh Kumar, born on November 7, 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2007 batch, serving in the Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree from Tamil Nadu Veterinary & Animal Sciences University, Chennai. Currently, he is the Secretary in the Department of Housing & Rajya Sampati, Uttarakhand, a position he has held since January 17, 2026. Mr. Kumar is proficient in English and Tamil. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of Uttarakhand.
