R R Raval, born on 25 June 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 Gujarat cadre. He served as District Development Officer at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, starting from 4 February 2019, within the Panchayat and Rural Development Department. Mr. Raval holds an LL.B. in Legal History and Criminal Laws, as well as an LL.M. in Law, all from Gujarat University. Throughout his career, he has held the position of District Development Officer.
