R R Nekaljay, born on March 22, 1934, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1978 Maharashtra cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and Philosophy. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Land Acquisition Officer, Private Secretary, Deputy Secretary, OSD to Minister, and CEO. His most recent designation was Managing Director in the Corporate Affairs department of Maharashtra. Nekaljay’s extensive service reflects his long-standing commitment to administrative roles within the state government.
