R R Mehta, born on 21 August 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 batch of the Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including District Development Officer, Deputy Secretary, and Director. His most recent position was Joint Secretary in the Industries and Mines Department at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, from 4 June 2006 to 31 August 2010. Throughout his career, Mehta contributed to the administrative framework of Gujarat before retiring from service.
