R P Sinha, born on January 2, 1935, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree in English. During his service, he held various positions including Junior Scale, Deputy Secretary, and Additional Director. His most recent role was Additional Director in the Industries Department from January 1, 1992, to January 1, 1993.
