Throughout his career, Meena served in various capacities including Director General at Tripura from May to September 2014, Principal Secretary to the Governor, Resident Commissioner, Commissioner & Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, and Additional District Magistrate. His extensive experience spans roles such as Director, Deputy Secretary, and Chief Vigilance Officer. He was associated with the State Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (SIPARD) before retirement.
