R N Prasad Sing, born on January 11, 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 Bihar cadre. A graduate by education, he served in the Finance Department. His most recent designation was Officer on Special Duty to the Minister from May 1, 1996, to January 31, 1998. Prior to this, he held the position of Joint Secretary. Throughout his career, he contributed to various administrative roles within the government before retiring from service.
