R N Mishra, born on July 1, 1938, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Odisha cadre. A graduate in Commerce, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Charge Officer, S D O, Under Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Executive Officer, Director, and Joint Secretary. He was the District Collector and Magistrate from April 1, 1993, to June 30, 1996. His most recent role was with the Land Revenue Department as Director of Census Operations. Throughout his career, Mishra contributed to the administrative framework of Odisha until his retirement.
