R N Choudhary, born on December 1, 1936, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Bihar cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree and a graduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Deputy Secretary, Managing Director, District Collector and Magistrate, and Director. His most recent position was Director in the Department of Textiles from December 1, 1992, to January 1, 1995.
