R N Bhatia, born on February 3, 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he has served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Commissioner, Special Secretary, Joint Secretary, and Director. His most recent position was Director, held from July 12, 2000, to February 28, 2002. Throughout his career, Bhatia contributed to the administration of Uttar Pradesh in multiple senior roles.
