R Meenakshi Sundaram, born on 21 May 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2001 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He holds degrees in B.V.Sc. & A.H. and M.V.Sc. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary of the New and Renewable Energy Department, Uttarakhand, a position he has held since 17 January 2026. He has previously held the position of Secretary. Proficient in English, Hindi, and Tamil, Mr. Sundaram continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
