R M Kothari, born on 26 October 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Rajasthan cadre. During his service, he held the position of Additional Commissioner at Rajasthan from 1 May 1992 to 31 October 1995. He was associated with the Department of Finance.
