R M Joshi, born on 26 February 1943, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Gujarat cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Director, Municipal Commissioner, District Collector, Deputy Secretary, and District Development Officer. His most recent position was Registrar at the Department of Co-Operative Societies, Gujarat, from 12 December 2000 to 28 February 2003. Throughout his career, Joshi contributed to the administration and development of Gujarat state before retiring from service.
