R. Lilly, born on April 2, 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre. She holds an M.Sc. degree and has served in various capacities including Joint Commissioner, Special Secretary to Government, Joint Secretary, and District Collector. Currently, she is the Special Secretary in the Transport Department of Tamil Nadu, a position she has held since June 24, 2025. Ms. Lilly continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of Tamil Nadu.
