R. Latha, born on June 16, 1974, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Karnataka cadre. She is currently serving as the Additional Commissioner (Development) at Bengaluru North since September 3, 2025. Prior to this role, she held the position of Secretary. Ms. Latha continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within her cadre.
