R. Lalramnghaka, born on September 9, 1965, is a 2009 batch IAS officer of the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture and is currently serving as Secretary at Aizawl in the Personnel and AR Department since February 24, 2021. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Secretary to Government, Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, and multiple terms as Special Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
