R L P Sinha, born on 29 September 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Bihar cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, and Managing Director. His most recent position was Additional Secretary in the Sugarcane Industry Department from 1 June 2000 to 30 September 2001.
