R L Mopalwar, born on 15 February 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Economics and a postgraduate degree in Law. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Joint Chief Executive Officer, District Collector, General Manager, Director, and CEO. His most recent position was Member Secretary at the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
