R K Sinha, born on January 1, 1935, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Bihar cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce and a graduate degree in Commerce. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Deputy Secretary, Additional District Magistrate, Additional Director, Deputy Development Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, and Director. His most recent position was Director in the Finance Department from December 1, 1991, to December 1, 1992.
