R K Mehta, born on 20 March 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch from the Gujarat cadre. He holds an M.Sc. degree and is proficient in Gujarati. Currently, he serves as OSD & Ex-officio Additional Secretary in the Revenue Department (Appeals) since 23 April 2025. Throughout his career, Mehta has held various positions including Director, Deputy Municipal Commissioner, District Collector, and Municipal Commissioner. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Gujarat.
