R K Dubey, born on August 8, 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics. Throughout his career, Dubey served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Additional District Magistrate, District Magistrate, Deputy Secretary, Joint Director, Executive Director, General Manager, and Special Secretary Director. His most recent position was Special Secretary at the Department of Water Resources in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, from December 11, 1997, to August 31, 2000.
