R K Aggarwal, born on January 7, 1939, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 batch, Rajasthan cadre. He served in the Department of Finance and held the position of Director at Rajasthan from July 1, 1991, to January 31, 1997. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative functions within his cadre until his retirement.
