R J Halani, born on 18 August 1961, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds an M.Com. degree and is proficient in Gujarati. Currently, he serves as Secretary of the Gujarat Public Service Commission, a position he has held since 19 June 2021. Throughout his career, he has held various administrative roles, including District Collector, Additional Commissioner, and Deputy Commissioner. Mr. Halani continues to contribute to the Gujarat government in his ongoing service.
