R Girija, born on 10 February 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 Kerala cadre. She holds an M.Sc. in Statistics from Kerala University. During her career, she served in various capacities including District Collector, Project Director, and Director. Her most recent position was District Collector at Pathanamthitta, Kerala, from 22 August 2016 to 28 February 2022, within the Revenue Department.
